香川靖雄所長が2020年度アジア太平洋臨床栄養学会賞を受賞

本学副学長でもある、香川靖雄栄養科学研究所所長がアジア太平洋臨床栄養学会(Asia Pacific Clinical Nutrition Society: APCNS)から2020年度アジア太平洋臨床栄養学会賞を受賞しました。

所長は永年アジア人に対する至適栄養は欧米人とは遺伝子的に大きく異なることを立証しており、この度の受賞はこの業績が認められてのものになります。
